On May 31, 2011, at 9:30 AM, an official ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding between Lviv Oblast State Administration, Lviv City Council, and the Bibliomist (Global Libraries-Ukraine) Program took place at the premises of Lviv Oblast State Administration. The MoU is aimed at developing 100 public libraries located in Lviv oblast via implementing Bibliomist-Lvivshchyna project. The document was signed by the Head of Lviv Oblast State Administration M. Tsymbaliuk, Lviv City Head A. Sadoviy, and Bibliomist Program Director M. Novak.
